Codexa Tech provides professional digital services. Because our work involves time, expertise, and custom deliverables, our refund policy is structured to protect both the client and our team.

1. Service Fees

All service fees are nonrefundable once work has begun. This includes:

• Consulting
• UI/UX design
• Software development
• QA testing
• Digital deliverables

2. Deposits

Deposits are nonrefundable, as they secure project scheduling and resource allocation. If Codexa Tech cancels a project, the deposit will be refunded in full.

3. Digital Deliverables

All digital products, designs, prototypes, code, or documentation delivered to the client are final and nonrefundable.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of receiving the invoice. We will review and correct any verified errors.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Service suspension
• Additional fees
• Legal action if necessary
